Eligibility
Only items purchased online at samuelandco.ca can be returned through our online return process.
Refunds
Eligible online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus an $8 flat return shipping fee) within 10 days of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are in-store only and must be completed within 20 days of purchase.
We do not offer online exchanges at this time.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging
- With original tags attached
Final Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges on:
- Jewelry
- Earrings
- Bodysuits
- Underwear
- Hosiery
- Gift cards
- Items 50% off or more the regular price
Shipping & Return Fees
- Free shipping on orders $125+
- An $8 return shipping fee applies to all online returns (deducted from your refund)
- In-store returns are free
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Samuel & Co is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping
Validation
All returns are subject to validation by Samuel & Co. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the required conditions.

How to Return Your Online Order
1. Return to a Samuel & Co Store (Free)
You may return or exchange your item(s) at any Samuel & Co location in Canada.
Please bring:
- Your order number or invoice (printed or on your phone)
- Government-issued ID
- The original payment card, if applicable
If you don’t have these items, you may receive store credit instead. If someone returns on your behalf, they must bring the items plus the original payment method and order confirmation.
Note: Orders paid via PayPal or other third-party payment methods may only be refunded in-store as store credit.
All returns are subject to approval.
2. Ship Your Item(s) Back to Us
Step 1 — Request a Return
- Click “View your order” in your confirmation email OR log in to your account on samuelandco.ca → Orders
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your request
- Return requests are only available after your order has shipped
- If your item doesn’t meet return conditions, the request cannot be submitted
- To cancel an order before it ships, email returns@samuelandco.ca (not guaranteed)
Step 2 — Pack Your Items
- Once approved, customer service will email you a prepaid return label
- Print and attach the label to your package
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include your invoice; if missing, write your order number and item/style number
Step 3 — Ship Your Package
- Drop your package off with the carrier indicated on your label
- Refunds are processed once your return arrives at our head office and is approved
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
- If your return is rejected, the item(s) will be shipped back to you
Online exchanges are not available.
If you are unable to visit a store, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
